Partners in Rip Baseball Center and trainers Josh Power-Gomez, and  Derron Spiller share a common goal – they are completely dedicated to baseball; it’s in their blood. That dedication, since playing has been to take their knowledge and experience, their passion for the game and apply it to advancing those players who have hopes and dreams of continued play.

Each has etched their place in the game, developed their formulas for success; and fields competitive tournament teams.
